Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return Policy

Rollerstuff accepts exchanges and returns for unused/undamaged items, as long as the policy guidelines have been properly followed and met. Our policy’s timetable for exchange/return eligibility is as follows: 

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date, as documented under the tracking history of your tracking number. Requests received after 5 full business days are no longer eligible for exchange or return. 

If you are requesting the exchange/return for any reason that is not our fault, you are responsible for shipping and/or (optional) insurance fees associated with returning the product, as well as the shipping required to send a replacement, in the case of an exchange.

Very rarely are any of our products returned. However, should you need to return a product, please contact us via e-mail within the 5 day eligibility window, with RETURN included in the subject line. Any items returned without first contacting and confirming with Rollerstuff cannot be accepted. 

In order to return an order for exchange/refund,  please follow these guidelines:

* Product must be in new, unused condition.

*Any signs of minor wear and tear (scuffs, dirt, etc.) are subject to a restocking fee 

*Items that have clearly been worn or used will be refused and returned to sender.

* You must contact us within 5 business days for return. 

* You must ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number to us for proof of return. 

If the reason for return is due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly pay for the return and replacement shipping. Please contact us to initiate this type of return.
